Our normal shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If you're ordering a shirt and need it delivered by a certain date, we will certainly try to make that happen - just include a note with your order (even better, send us an e-mail). We often go to the Post Office fairly early in the day, which means that if your order is received after we've already been to the Post Office, your order won't go out until our next normal shipping day. Once we receive your order, we will fill your order and create a shipping label through PayPal (with exceptions, see below). You will receive an e-mail from PayPal telling you that we have created a shipping label, but please keep in mind that the package will most likely not actually go out until our next normal shipping day.
Whenever possible, please make sure that the shipping address you give us matches the one you have on file with PayPal (sometimes people move and forget to update their info on file with PayPal). We can only create a shipping label through PayPal when the shipping addresses match (or if you add an additional, authorized mailing address to your PayPal payment). If the shipping addresses don't match, we have to address the package by hand and pay for postage, delivery confirmation, and insurance (for orders over $ 50) at the Post Office. This is not a big problem, but please know that when this happens, we actually end up paying more for postage than we charged you. Also, PayPal refuses to protect us whatsoever if we ship to what they consider to be an "unauthorized" shipping address and then the customer isn't happy for some reason, or turns out to be a crook. Fortunately this is not really an issue for us, because our customers are great!
